Ursula Antolik – Chartered Physiotherapist and Ergonomic Consultant

Ursula qualified as a physiotherapist in 1996 from the University of Southampton. In 2001 Ursula moved into the field of Occupational Health. She set-up and ran on-site physiotherapy clinics for various large companies across the UK.

Prior to joining Ergo at Work Ursula worked for a large private physiotherapy practice in the City of London. In addition to treating patients in the clinic, she also undertook workstation assessments for many large City banks. This experience built on her interest in rehabilitating patients with work related disorders and analysing workstations and work habits as part of this process.
Ursula finds this field of work particularly rewarding as people are often amazed at how small adjustments can bring about a dramatic improvement in their comfort at work. This in turn allows them to be more productive and enhances their own personal awareness of their working postures.

Ursula is registered with the Health Professions Council.
