Friendly, professional service. The assigned consultant was methodical and detailed in their assessment and took the time to explain the key concepts and areas they were assessing as thy went along. Recommendations were immediately actionable for improved comfort with current equipment, as well as longer term specific recommendations being made. Thank you!

Bronwyn is clearly extremely knowledgeable in this ergo field, with a passion to care for people, drawing on her physiotherapy career experience.
It was a sheer delight to be assessed by Bronwyn. With her cheery nature, she made the appointment very relaxed and open, and talked in laymen's terms, rather than bamboozling me with technical lingo :)

Bronwyn is super friendly and knowledgeable! I was put in touch with her for a remote workstation assessment and came away with a much better understanding of what I can do to improve my health while working at a desk all day. My job involves near constant use of a mouse keyboard and screens and Bronwyn provided me with heaps of useful tips, adjustments and stretches that are already coming in handy. Bronwyn was delightfully approachable during my virtual consultation. She was attentive when considering my individual needs and requirements for 'work from home' equipment and demonstrated some simple day-to-day exercises that I could use in my own time. She also went above and beyond, offering extra advise on personal fitness and mobility. Regarding punctuality, the consultation and company referral was swiftly conducted in a matter of 48hrs. I would certainly recommend!

Bronwyn was extremely helpful in our assessment. She gave me stretches and exercises to do and offered solutions on the spot with everyday items like a large book under my monitor to reach the correct eye level or a rolled up yoga mat under my feet so they are supported. Already these made such a difference to my work set up. We discussed the general picture outside of work too which helped me raise awareness of my habits and how to better manage them. I'd highly recommend this thorough assessment.

I had been suffering from a variety of aches and pains caused by an inadequate lockdown working situation, and so was sent Bronwyn from Ergo at Work to come for a face-to-face assessment at my house.

It was an easy, informative and hugely beneficial process. Bronwyn was polite and friendly, and gave me personal tips/suggestions for how to work with my individual surroundings, as opposed to a generic guide you may find on the internet.

It has now been just over 2 weeks since my assessment, and the combination of Bronwyn's information with the new recommended equipment has done wonders for my posture and significantly reduced my headaches and back pain. Would certainly recommend to anybody who's experiencing similar WFH discomfort.

I had a WFH workplace assessment with Bronwyn Clifford, and I must say this that it was really needed, I actually realized that the postures in which I continued working for most hours of my day were not right and that might be causing the pains, she suggested me really good posture and to get a laptop stand as well to keep the laptop aligned with my eyes, did some stretching along which really helped. :slightly_smiling_face: I would highly recommend it ,specially to people who work in IT / on laptop 9 to 5 , where we usually suffer from muscle spasms and neck pain or even migraines .

Bronwyn is very knowledgeable and did a complete assessment virtually. She offered many tips and ideas on what to do to improve my work space at home. She also recommended exercises which I found quite useful. Highly recommended if you have any physical problems or need advice on work space at home.

Absolutely brilliant service! Bronwyn was really friendly and knowledgeable about my issues, offering practical and realistic advice even for things I wasn't consciously aware of. The consultation was followed up in writing with tips and links on how to improve my workstation, posture and overall wellbeing.
I'd highly recommend Bronwyn, even if you don't think you have any issues, as very few people's workstations are optimal atm, so you might learn something that could save you a lot of trouble further down the line!

If you have an office job, you really shouldn't underestimate how important it is to have the right posture for so many hours - Ergo at Work advises are clear and easy to put in action, and very helpful to always keep in mind!

Would highly recommend Ergo at Work. Great communication throughout, every aspect of my assessment was explained to me in clear detail with immediate recommendations given, followed by a detailed report. Given the amount people are now working from home, this service is a must.

After having a review with Bronwyn, I was able to adjust my working style at home to ensure that my desk set up was correct to help minismise all aches and pains. Brownyn gave great advice on exerciseses to do at the desk and how important it is to take regular breaks and exercise to help relieve any tensions. Highly recommend!

Bronwyn was very kind and helpful, she helped me identify the most appropriate furniture for my work space, gave me advice on how to sit in different areas of my house and even gave me some stretch routines to get rid of any pain caused by sitting in front of my laptop all day.
